Las Vegas Delivery & Pick Up
Please place your order at least 24 hours prior to your delivery date, by 4pm PST. Our cupcakes are baked fresh daily & made-to-order. Rush orders needed in less than 24 hours may be available with manager approval. A $20 rush fee will apply. Pick ups & deliveries are available Monday through Saturday. Sunday orders must be requested in advance with a 3 dozen minimum. Deliveries are $7+ & are generally made between 10am - 4pm. We deliver to hotels, residences, businesses, restaurants, conventions & more. When your delivery is made, you will receive a delivery notification via text. No delivery notification will be sent if customer accepts in person.
HOTEL: We deliver to the hotel's BELL DESK / CONCIERGE / GUEST SERVICES DESK. Please be sure to provide us with correct hotel RSVP name to avoid a delivery rejection & a $20 re-delivery fee. You will not need to be on-site to accept your delivery & may pick it up at your convenience, unless you are staying at the Venetian, Palazzo, Bellagio, The Elara, Harrah's or Hilton Grand Vacations Hotels. A direct hand-delivery is $12+ & you may need to accept the delivery in person. We apologize for any inconveniences, as we must adhere to each hotel's delivery acceptance policy.
RESIDENTIAL: Please provide us with a delivery address, gate/key code (if applicable), recipient's name & phone #, as well as confirmation that someone will be home during our delivery window. This includes AIRBNB rentals also.
BUSINESS: Please provide us with the business name & address, the recipient's name & current business hours.
RESTAURANT: Please provide us with your RSVP name & time. Please also check with the restaurant to ensure they accept outside food deliveries.
PICK UPS: Pick up times may vary, however they are usually scheduled either in the MORNING or EVENING depending on the day. Please confirm with us the week of your order or check our weekly schedule here. Please do not be late! This may cause our deliveries to be late!

We are located in an industrial park with several buildings marked as 6380. Our building is marked with "200s", & is towards the end of the building. Our front door simply says "242" with no other labeling except a small sticker on the door.
OFF STRIP deliveries are charged by location. Please check which area you are in before selecting the delivery zone from the drop down menu in the order form.
Disclaimer: Once delivery has been accepted at designated location (by customer, friend, bell desk, concierge, etc.), Sin City Cupcakes, LLC is released from any responsibility. A delivery log is kept to ensure quality control. If order is not picked up from our location, there will be no refund. Orders may be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to your order's pickup or delivery time, as all orders are made fresh to-order for you.
